We are not estate agents, we market properties for the owners. We put you in contact with the owners and you negotiate the sale with them direct. They can offer you a better price on the property by saving the estate agents fee.
We take more photos and make properties easy to navigate around from the comfort of your own home. We want you to view our listed properties in person, but save you time by giving you as much information about the property before you organise a viewing.

Home Sellers
We offer a range of services to help you market and sell your property without an estate agent. We advertise your property in the UK and around the costas to drive internet traffic through your property website. All enquiries are sent immediately to you. We can meet your client for a viewing if you are not based in the area.
We take high-quality photos and design an attractive site for your property - you will have an easy to use web address such as www.liveinthesun.net/yourname.
If you already have pictures of your property then we can discount the web design costs.
If you want a website but do not want to advertise via us then we can supply a blind site.
